How to loose 30 pounds FAST?

I''m 5''6" and 135 pounds. I need to loose 20-30 pounds in two weeks. I don''t care if its unhealthy, I need to loose weight by this time. I have been eating healthy and dieting for months now and I have not lost enough. Please help.

Well lets stick with 20 lbs in 2 weeks. It can be done. You will need to eat very healthy foods and exercise a lot. Probably for a good 3+ hours a day or how ever long it takes to burn 3900 calories. Meaning you could potentially lose a little over a pound a day (1.4lb). Watch your calories closely, you need to be burning at least 3500 calories a day to lose a pound in 1 day.
